They can set sail ahead of the crowd, relishing their journey, and culminate their vacation in one of the most picturesque bays in all of Greece.
For your convenience, the nearest airport is Aktion International Airport in Preveza, which offers multiple daily flights from major European hubs.

From our home base at Marina Zeas in Athens, you have the opportunity to explore two prominent sailing regions in Greece: the Argo-Saronic Gulf and the renowned Cycladic Islands. The Argo-Saronic Gulf's islands are relatively less explored by international tourists, making them hidden treasures. These islands boast beautiful sandy and pebble beaches, often nestled amidst fragrant pine forests. Due to their smaller size, these islands have minimal car traffic; in fact, cars are entirely prohibited on Hydra and Spetses, where charming horse carriages and donkeys gracefully traverse the streets. The sailing conditions here are particularly suitable and safe, even for novice charterers, as the cruising area is well-protected and shielded from strong winds.
The Cyclades, on the other hand, are the most famous island group in the Aegean Sea. They are characterized by their distinct barren landscapes adorned with solitary chapels, traditional white and blue architecture, stunning sandy beaches, lively folk music and festivities, and the warm and welcoming locals. This island group comprises 39 islands that lie close to each other, creating an ideal yachting destination. Sailing conditions are most favorable from early June to mid-July and in September, as the winds around the Cyclades can become quite robust towards the end of July and throughout August. These winds, known as the "Meltemi," blow from the north and northwest, reaching forces of up to 7-8 Beaufort.
